Fresh food and unique breakfast served. Themed and reasonably large units with a nice balcony and AC. Helpful staff. Magnificent location near the bus stop Am Waldthausenpark, lively center of Essen, railway station, and Christmas markets.

All the staff members are exceptionally nice. The service is welcoming, includes private parking.

The breakfast was unique and amazing, the check in was friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed a nice size room with a kitchen which was handy for the fridge, wouldn't mind staying there all day. The location was comfortable - easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go😃😃

Nicely decorated rooms, nice restaurant and bar. The young apprentices that worked the bar and restaurant were mostly good, and it was refreshing to be serviced by them.

The restaurant is a bit too expensive for what they produce, judging by our visit. It feels like they want to achieve more than what they are capable of. The food was actually rather bland. Also, you have to pay €25 extra to check out later than 10am. Your $25 then buys you 2 more hours so you can check out at 12!! Rather typical dutch i am afraid.

The room featured a convenient work desk, along with tea and coffee making equipment and a TV. the private bathroom was a lovely addition. the hotel has a central location, making it easy to access the city center and surrounding areas. I enjoyed a quick lunch at Eat, which is just a short walk from the hotel.

The room was very pleasant: spacious, separate bathroom, even separate corridor to a kind of frontdoor. Beds were good. At breakfast, there was a buffet with many different choices. All in all: very nice place.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the city center and midway between it and the museum Folkwang, with a Pret a Manger just 1 km away for quick meals.

Everything was perfect. The staff members were very friendly; the atmosphere relaxed; generous breakfast; the room clean, bright, and spacious; city centre within walking distance; stylish interior... Also, private parking was offered for only 5 euros/day.

The rooms here were practical and each had its own unique theme, which was a cool touch. We felt safe with a safe in the room for our valuables. the staff was really nice and they gave us complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, which was awesome. Plus, the convenience of on-site parking made our stay even easier! 🚗.
